Where do you ship from?
- All orders are shipped from Ireland.
How long will items take to ship?
- Approximate shipping times can be found under the shipping profiles which vary by country. Processing times on orders vary but I usually aim to send out batches of orders at least once a week, but depending on other factors this can sometimes be delayed up to two weeks, email me about rush orders and I can try to accomodate as best as possible!
Can I track my order?
- I offer tracked shipping as an option for all my products at an extra cost, if you choose tracked shipping you'll receive a tracking number with your order update once it's been shipped. If you choose standard shipping I cannot tell you where your order is once it has been shipped.
My order has gone missing?
- Please email me through the contact page or Instagram DMs and I'll try to track down the issue. If your order was sent with standard shipping and was returned to sender there'll be an extra shipping charge to send it out again, I hate to ever recharge someone but unfortunately standard shipping isn't insured.
Please double check your addresses before purchasing and if you're ordering to a temporary address (e.g. a college dorm) be aware that international shipping can take a while so your order may arrive when you aren't there.
Do you ship internationally?
- International shipping is available to most places, in any event where an item cannot be shipped to your location a full refund will be issued.
Preorder Items?
- Preorder items will always have their estimated shipping timeframe noted in their description, I cannot give a specific date for preorder shipments but all customers will be notified once preorders have shipped. Please note that there will not be any updates in regards preorders before they're shipped unless there is a problem or delay in shipment, in which case all buyers will be notified via email.
Non-preorder items ordered with preorder items may be shipped separately in the case of two items with separate shipping charges, otherwise they will be sent once preorders dispatch.
